We are pleased to announce that we have scheduled our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Saturday, April 24 at 1:00 PM. The AGM will be conducted over ZOOM. An email will be sent containing a link to join the meeting soon so please monitor your email for this.
The following positions will be open for nominations at the AGM:

U18 Coordinator U15 Coordinator U13 Coordinator
U11 Coordinator U9 Coordinator U7 Coordinator
All write in nominations must be received and confirmed by Saturday, April 10th to be eligible. Please click HERE for the nomination form that must be used if you wish to nominate someone for one of these positions.
If you have any business you would like to bring forward at the AGM please inform our Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org by Saturday, April 10th so your item can be added to the agenda.
